Here is the core of my dinner this evening, since i finally got my new kitchen where I could actually use it to cook. (I just moved out to west texas 2 weeks ago) I admit the wild rice is cheater, Uncle B's, but since it is easy and i love it..... The basting sauce is Makers Mark bourbon, Honey, Butter, garlic, and Salt and pepper, With White pepper added because I prefer it.
